On the Special Session Council Meeting April 23, 2024, an ordinance is being presented to Council to create a Business Industrial Mixed-Use Zone within Section 110 of the City's Code of Ordinances, known as the Zoning Ordinance, Exhibit A. Newly created zone would be established as 110-86.
